Hm... error of decrypting signatures... i can't test this decryption algorythm on not English/Russian version of windows. Thank you - may be i can fix this bug in new versions of decompiler

In new version of decompiler I will change crypting algorithm and may be fix this bug... When I shall lay out the new version - I do not know

so i have this lite03 and got runtime error '5': invalid procedure call or argument while decompiling one of the forms
