how to delete or change to blank the TestExample_1.frx image?

Is it ok to simply delete this with patcher to get rid of image displayed in main window of an application?
What is best way to simply delete or make blank or solid white color the existing frx image?

Icon = "TestExample_1.frx":0 <---- I want the image to not be displayed in a VB application. I have same entry "Icon=......" but obviously it's a different image.

well trying to change the byte gives me file access error. How to hide or cover image with patcher or another way? editing the offsets in hex gives me invalid picture message when i re run the app ...
